Cringleford Interchange works

Due to various resurfacing works, plus works to enhance capacity on the A11 roundabout, there will be changes to stopping arrangements & some closures affecting services from Monday 28th April to mid-July (estimated). All information related to this will be added to this page as the project develops - please check back frequently if you use the bus interchange.

From Monday 28th April to Friday 2nd May, the exit into Cringleford Interchange from the A11 roundabout will be closed after 20:00 each evening.
Pink Line services from the City will operate via Bluebell Road, Old Watton Road & Colney Lane to access the Hospital, missing out Cringleford entirely.
Pink Line services towards the City will operate normal route - any passengers for Cringleford Interchange will need to ride around through the Hethersett terminus, our drivers have been instructed to allow this.
Excel services, plus Turquoise & Green Line services will not be able to serve Cringleford Interchange on these evenings in either direction.

From Tuesday 6th May, there will be temporary changes to stopping arrangements in Cringleford Interchange which will apply to all bus services by all operators.
The stops at Stand B & Stand C will both be suspended to allow a safe working area - Stand B will be relocated north-west of the Dragonfly Way roundabout, and Stand C will be relocated onto the shelter at Stand A. Signage will be in place to direct passengers to the correct bus stops, and bus times will be unchanged.
