B3 & B4

High Road, Pitsea has been unexpectantly closed due to burst water main. The permit's end date is: 01/12/2025.

Due to the location of the road closure, the B3 and B4 services have been placed on diversion:

B3

• Towards Pitsea: Normal line of route - all bus stops served.
• Towards Basildon: The B3 service will divert via Pitsea Road and Wickford Avenue. The following bus stops will not be served: Station Lane, Broadway and Howards Park

*Passengers can board/disembark the B3 service on Wickford Avenue. Please note. bus stops are located on the OPPOSITE side of the road to where the B4 service normally picks-up/drops off passengers.To Basildon Bus Station: Chevers Pawen, Chalvedon School & Dover Court*.

B4

• Towards Pitsea: Normal line of route - all bus stops served.
• Towards Basildon: The B4 service will not serve Wickford Avenue towards Basildon (*B3 service provides access*) and will divert via Pitsea Road. The following bus stops will not be served: Howards Park, Dover Way, Chalvedon School and Chevers Pawen

Temporary traffic lights have been installed on Station Way blocking access to bus stop: Colchester Railway Station Layby (Stand Ea).

The permit's end date is: Today 09:00 - 17:00

• Bruff Close (approx. 6 min walk)
