Service 1,1A,2,3,3B,8,X1,X11 cannot use Alpha Road/Gorleston High Street due to an incident.

Services diverting via A47, Beccles Road and Church Road.

Due to sewer works on Yarmouth Road, Norwich. services 14,15,16,and 17 will be on diversion from 12th January to 22nd January 2026

Buses will be on normal route to Harvey Lane,  then turn left up Harvey lane to Heartsease roundabout, right onto St Williams Way to Pound Lane where 14 will go straight over into Sainsburys and pick up normal route to Dussingdale.

15,16 and 17 will turn right at the lights at Pound Lane then left at mini roundabout onto Yarmouth Road and pick up normal route to Broadland Bussiness Park, Lingwood, Blowfield and  Blowfield Heath,

Due to Re-surfacing works taking place 12th -16th January, between hours 20:00 - 06:00 

11A, 13, 14 and Excel will not be able to serve stops at the Cringleford interchange.

11A will be on diversion towards the hospital.

Ramworth Road is closed in Blofield Heath.

15/A services are terminating on Doctors Road Blofield.    

From Monday 12th January 2026 until Friday 20th March 2026 all excel services will be unable to serve stops in Market Place, Dereham due to improvement works funded by Norfolk County Council taking place in the area.

Services in both directions will instead operate from a temporary facility in a section of the Cherry Tree Car Park, following minor diversions to serve these temporary stops. (see map)

Timetables for all services will remain unchanged.
