The below changes, which will see improvements to the overall bus network in and around Bath, are part of a bi-annual review of routes, and will come into effect from Sunday 3rd September.

What's changing
Service 1 Bath City Centre – Southdown
Service 1 will have an increased frequency during the busiest part of the day, running every 10 minutes rather than every 12 minutes during the afternoon peak. Weekend frequencies will also be improved.

Service 3 Bath City Centre – Bathford
Service 3 will now terminate in and start from Bath Bus Station (Bay 9), rather than Dorchester Street. The timetable will be revised to improve punctuality.

Services 4, 4a and 4b Odd Down/Foxhill – Bath City Centre – Weston
There will be no change to the timetable but at Bath Bus Station, buses towards Odd Down and Foxhill will now use Bay 16.

Service 8 Bath City Centre – Kingsway
There will be no change to the timetable but at Bath Bus Station, buses will now use Bay 3.

Service 13 Bath City Centre – Elmhurst
Service 13 will now terminate in and start from Bath Bus Station, rather than Dorchester Street. There will be a revised timetable to improve punctuality and maintain spacing with service 3.

Service 19 Bath City Centre – Bristol Parkway Station
Service 19 will have a new timetable to improve punctuality. There will be some slight adjustments to afternoon Oldfield School times.

Service 20 Bath City Centre – Ralph Allen School

Service 522 Bath - Midsomer Norton - Keynsham - Bristol
Punctuality changes on all days of operation.

Service D1 Bath – Warminster
Service D1 will have minor changes to the timetable to improve punctuality.

Services D2 and D2x Bath – Frome
These services will have revised timetable to improve punctuality.

Services U1 and U2 Oldfield Park – Bath City Centre – University of Bath
The U1 and U2 services will start to run more frequently ahead of the new University of Bath academic year beginning.
The U1 journey that starts from Ralph Allen School will be replaced by an extra 20 journey.

Service U5 Bath City Centre – Bath Spa University.
Service U5 will run more frequently at key times to boost capacity along the route.
This is to help with the reduced vehicle capacity on this service.

One of the morning trips will start from Longwell Green The Crown instead of Hanham.
