You probably already know that Bath is a great city to be a student in, so why not make the most of this beautiful city by jumping on our buses and exploring it?

We've got great services to the University of Bath, plus a network of buses that go pretty much everywhere else you'll need to go. Network map coming soon.

Your Uni Services from 31 August 2025

Service U1: University of Bath - Bathwick Hill - City Centre

Bath Unibus Service U1, together with the U3, is your best option for getting between the University of Bath and the City Centre. It's a high frequency service, so it's the perfect choice for your time in Bath. We also operate a reduced frequency U1 service during the university holidays, so you will always have a bus to campus. Buses run through the night during term time as the U1N.

Service U2: University of Bath - Oldfield Park

Bath Unibus Service U2 runs between the University and Oldfield Park during the University term time on weekdays. It's the best route to get to campus from Oldfield Park. The U2 will no longer serve Brougham Hayes or Lower Oldfield Park from September, so you'll need to head to St James Cemetery to get the bus to campus.

At weekends and evenings you can use the U3 to get to the University from Oldfield Park.

Service U3: University of Bath - City Centre - Oldfield Park - Bath Spa University

The new U3 service links together both Universities via the City Centre and Oldfield Park. Towards Bath Spa the buses operate via Windsor Bridge and Newbridge Road. Towards the University of Bath buses operate via the Lower Bristol Rd.

Service U4: University of Bath - Combe Down - Odd Down - Southdown - Twerton - Bath Spa University

The new U4 service replaces the 22 service, providing a new link across the south of Bath between both Universities. Buses will run every 30 mins on weekdays during term time and hourly during holidays and at weekends.
