With pick up and drop off near Bath Bus Station and Bath Spa railway station, getting there by public transport has never been so easy. Tickets can be bought from the driver with contactless payment including Tap On Tap Off, or cash. The following flat fares apply to all customers.
English National Concessionary Travel Scheme bus passes, standard First Bus, BathRider or AvonRider tickets are not valid on this service.

Travel Alerts
Rupert Street (part) & Colston Avenue (crossover), Central Bristol - (various)
Rupert Street from St Johns Bridge and the crossover section from Broad Quay to Colston Avenue will be closed to various services between 08:30 and 11:00 on Sunday 15th September to facilitate carriageway works.
Services will be diverted and unable to serve the following bus stops,
B2, B4 & B6 on Rupert Street.
C9 on Colston Avenue (Electricity House).
C1, C3 & C5 on Broad Quay.
Passengers that normally board or alight on Rupert Street are advised to board or alight at Haymarket B10 at the back of Primark.
Passengers using North Somerset Services that normally board at bus stop C9 (Electricity House) are advised to board at the Bus Station. Service 48 and 49 passengers are advised to board at either Broad Quay bus stop C6 or Baldwin Street (normal stop).
Passengers that normally board or alight at C1, C3 or C5 in Broad Quay are advised to board or alight at Prince Street bus stop Q1 opposite The Bristol Hotel.
All services from Broad Quay towards Broadmead will be diverted via Anchor Road in both directions but no bus stops will be missed.

URGENT - Severn Road Roundabout, Avonmouth - CLOSURE - (AZ1)
The roundabout in Severn Road will be closed overnight to service AZ1 between 20:00 and 06:00 from Monday 9th through to Friday 20th September (ten nights excluding weekend) to facilitate carriageway works.
Service AZ1 will be diverted between Station Road and the Amazon site in both directions and will be unable to serve the Hallen Road, Windmill Lane and Hallen Windsor Crescent bus stops will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at the Station Road bus stops.

Rosedown Avenue, A4174 - Service T1
The right-hand turn from the A4174 into Rosedown Avenue will be closed to service T1
Between 09:30 and 15:30 on Thursday 12th September to facilitate carriageway works.
Service T1 heading towards Thornbury only when leaving the roundabout on the M32 is diverting via Coldharbour Lane, The UWE, Coldharbour Lane, and Rosedown Avenue to resume the normal route.
Service T1 heading towards Bristol can operate the normal route.
A370, Rhodyate Hill, Congresbury - CLOSURE - (X1 & A3)
The A370, Rhodyate Hill in Congresbury will be closed overnight to services X1 and A3 between 20:00 and 06:00 from Tuesday 10th through to Friday 13th September (four nights) to facilitate carriageway works.
Service X1 heading towards Bristol and service A3 heading towards Bristol Airport will operate normal route as far as the traffic lights at the junction of Smallway and the A370 in Congresbury then divert via Claverham village to resume normal route on the A370 at the junction of Bishops Road in Cleeve.
Services X1 and A3 heading towards Weston will operate the reverse of the above.

Bath Road (A39), Ashcott - CLOSURE - (375)
The Bath Road (A39) between Pedwell Hill and Taunton Road in Ashcott will be closed to service 375 between 18:00 and 23:59 from Tuesday 10th through to Thursday 12th September (three nights) to facilitate carriageway works.
This will only apply to the 18:25 journey from Bridgwater which arrives in Ashcott at 19:17.
Service 375 will be diverted via Pedwell Hill and Taunton Road and will not serve the following bus stops.

Keynsham Road (A4175), Willsbridge - EMERGENCY CLOSURE - (17)
Keynsham Road (A4174) between Willsbridge and Keynsham is currently closed to service 17 and will remain fully closed until further notice (likely to be at least a week) due to severe road subsidence.
Service 17 will be diverted from Longwell green via the A4174 and Dursley Hill to Keynsham Church in both directions.
Due to the nature of the closure and the diversion route needed there will be no doubt additional delays to the scheduled running times.
Regretfully the following bus stops will not be served in either direction

Frenchay - DIVERSION - (50)
Diversion of service 50 - Frenchay
Due to overhanging low trees, service 50 (commencing Monday 2nd September 2024) will temporarily be unable to serve the bus stops along Begbrook Park or Beckspool Road, until further notice.
These stops are: Froomshaw Road, Pearces Hill, St John's Church, Cedar Hill, Village Hall and Beckspool Road (stop before the junction).
Buses from Bristol City Centre will instead use Bristol Road onto the Ring Road, then turn around using the M32 junction, before heading back down Bristol Road to resume the normal route. Delays are expected.
We are currently expecting to resume the normal route at some point during week commencing 9th September - please keep an eye on this web page for further information. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

A36, Limpley Stoke - CLOSURE - (D2x)
Long term closure of the A36 at Limpley Stoke
From Monday 12th August, the A36 at Limpley Stoke will be closed until Spring 2025 while repairs to the road take place. Service D2x will be unable to use the A36, and due to the low bridge at Midford, double deck buses cannot use the B3110.
Instead, the D2x will operate after Frome Market Place via Welshmill Road, Welshmill Lane, Whatcombe Road, Buckland Dinham, Radstock, Peasedown St John (serving Orchard Way) and Dunkerton to and from Bath. Journey times have been revised, but the duration is similar to before.
The new timetable and route map for the D2/D2x from 12th August 2024 can be seen attached below.
Clink, Beckington, Woolverton, the A36, Limpley Stoke, Bathampton and the Grand Parade area of Bath City Centre will not be served by the D2x.
The D2 will be unchanged and continue to operate its usual route - however please be aware that there is a timetable change due from 1st September as part of our service changes, please click here for more information.
Service changes in the West of England from 1 September 2024
The below changes, which will see improvements to the overall bus network in the West of England, are part of a bi-annual review of routes, and will come into effect from Sunday 1 September.
For a number of services, the timetable & route will not change - please refer to the unaffected routes drop-down list in each area for these services.
The new timetables are available to view on our Forthcoming Timetables page. New print at home route maps & timetables will be added under each service over the coming weeks.

South Road in Weston-super-Mare is currently closed to service 5 and will remain fully closed until 17:00 Wednesday 16th October to facilitate carriageway works.
Service 5 will be diverted from the end of St Josephs Road via Upper Church Road, Lower Church Road, Knightstone Road and Highbury Road to resume normal route at Atlantic Road.
Regretfully the bus stops between and including Upper Church Road and Court Apartments on South Road will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either the All Saints Church bus stop on St Josephs Road or the Highbury Road bus stop on Atlantic Road.
