Service 13 

Monday 17th August 2026 to Friday 28th August 2026

Due to the closure of Queens Rd we will unable to serve Sheppards Way, Springfields & Cyprus Close between the above dates.

We will be serving Queens Square stop. 

Rowhedge Road, Rowhedge will be closed for roadworks from 24/08/2026 to 05/09/2026.

*This is a timed road closure: the road will be closed nightly between 20:00hrs and 06:00hrs*

Due to the location of the road closure - the 53 will be placed on diversion:

Towards Rowhedge

The 53 will divert via Fingringhoe Road and Rectory Road. The bus journey will terminate at the turning circle. Passengers will be able to disembark and board the service at the turning circle. 

Broad Street Green Road (B1022), Heybridge is closed for roadworks from 19/08/2026 to 04/10/2026.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 75 will be placed on diversion:

Towards Maldon: The 75 will divert via the B1020, Maypole Road and Holloway Road. The following bus stop will not be served: Scylla Close / Ash Grove / Brewster House / Oak Road / Bentalls Shopping Centre / Heybridge Church

Colchester Pride returns on Saturday 15th August 2026.

Head Street & High Street, Colchester will be closed to traffic from 10:30 to 11:30hrs. 

Due to the location of the road closure - the following services will be placed on diversion: 

1A / 2A / 51 / 52 / 53 / 54 / 55 / 56 / 57 / 68 / 87 / 88 / 102 & 104 / 75 & 375 / X20

The following bus stops will not be served for the duration of the event:

Services X25 & X25A | Forest Road Abronhill 

Service 8 | Provanmill Road East Bound towards Parkhead 

 Services 291 & 293 | Biggar Road Cleland

18, 18a, X1 & X2 Services - Until further notice (at all times)

Brightside Lane has been closed outside Forgemasters in one direction by unannounced Yorkshire Water works.

18 & 18a Inbound Services diverted via Holywell Road & Jenkin Road.

Service 8 Thornbridge Road

Thornbridge Road will be closed for Roadworks.

Outbound services will divert the full length of Thornbridge Drive, onto Birley Moor Road, Birley Moor Avenue, Birley Moor Crescent before terminating on Birley Lane.

Broad Street,Bath will be closed between 1900-0600 on Thursday 13th and Friday 14th August. This will affect services 3,6a,31 and D1x.

Service 3 and D1x towards Bath will operate normal route to the end of London Road where they will divert via The Paragon and George Street to Queens Square. Where they will terminate/commence their journeys.They will use the same route leaving Bath.

The following stops will be unable to be served:-Walcot gate, Hilton Hotel or Grand Parade

Please use Queen Square instead.
