Plan your journey and buy mTickets on our First Bus App
Ticket gifting is now live in our app.
Ticket gifting allows you to purchase your child’s mTicket and transfer it directly to their phone*, so there’s no need for them to have a credit or debit card of their own or others stored.
Step by Step
Once you’ve downloaded the app and purchased their ticket, it couldn’t be easier to gift it to your child by following these simple steps**.
1. Pick the ticket you want to gift from your mTicket wallet by selecting the  ‘share’ icon. |

2. Confirm you want to gift this ticket. |  |
| 3. Choose how you want to gift this ticket. |  |
4. Recipient will receive a notification. |  |
*The First Bus App must be installed on the phones of both parties and each must have an mTickets account. Only child and young persons tickets can be gifted. Tickets that can be gifted show the share icon
**Some steps have been removed.
If you have any problems while gifting the ticket, please contact our mTicket support team with the details of the account where the ticket was purchased and the account you wish to gift the ticket to. Our team is happy to manually gift this to you.
