I've bought a paper ticket on the bus using cash/contactless. Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?

Tickets that have been paid with cash or contactless onboard are usually non-refundable. Please check your ticket once you have received it from the driver and if there are any issues, let them know as soon as possible.
