What happens if I lose important items/documents such as a payment card, passport, ID or medical items?
If you have left any medical items on the bus, please contact us as soon as possible and advise of the bus route number and direction of travel so we can contact the driver. For bank cards, in-line with guidance from the banks, to protect the owner from risk of fraud, we destroy cards securely when found. We would also advise to contact your bank as soon as possible.
