At First Bus we're dedicated to providing a friendly, reliable, and hassle-free service for our customers and will continue do everything we can to move people out of their cars and onto the bus. As one of the UK’s largest bus operators, we connect communities from Aberdeen to Cornwall, helping get to work, school, college, appointments, and leisure activities effortlessly.
Collaborating closely with local authorities, we're actively improving air quality, reducing congestion, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. We’re also focused on becoming a leader in the transition to a low-carbon future, and have committed to operating a zero-emission bus fleet by 2035.
We’ll continue to invest in our people, our services and state-of-the-art technology as we look to improve our customers’ experiences. Our drivers undergo rigorous training focused on safety, responsibility, and customer service, ensuring those on board have an enjoyable journey.
