I have received a standard fare charge from Revenue Protection Officers whilst travelling. Where can I find out more information?

Customers must be in possession of a valid ticket when using our services. If travelling with a discounted/student ticket, customers must carry the required ID to show they are eligible for that particular ticket.
The standard fare charge is £50.00 and must be paid within 21 days. To make your payment by credit/debit card, please go to our payments page.
