Due to low-hanging trees, double-decker services will divert via Hall Road and the City in both directions.
Single-decker services will divert via Trafford Road, Ipswich Road/Ring Road to/from Hall Road to offer a partial service on Trafford Road/Cecil Road.

Monday 26th October 2026 to Sunday 1st November 2026
Due to road closure on Yarmouth Rd at bridge the above service will be on diversion as follows -
From City - Passed Sainsburys onto Dussingdale Drive to Plumstead Rd taking a right through Thorpe End Green, to Thorpe End Drive onto NDR to resume route just past Police HQ through to Blowfield and Lingwood There will be no stopping on this diversion.
To City - Normal route from Lingwood & Blowfield to Lidl then 16 will turn right to retrace outbound route.
Service 15 - will turn left at lidl around makro loop then retrace outbound route to city.
Bowthorpe Rd
Services 20 & 21

Bowthorpe Rd closure between Dereham Rd and Guardian Rd
Above sevices will be on divertion as follows -
From City - Staying on Dereham Rd to Guardien Rd roundabout turning left then right at traffic lights to resume normal route at Bowthope Rd.
To City - Turn left into Guardian Rd then right at roundabout onto Dereham Rd to resume normal route at Bowthorpe Rd.
We will be unable to serve the Norwich Community Hospital during this time.
Bestorpe, Attleborough
Service 14
Tuesday 20/10/26 at 8pm to Wednesday 21/10/26 at 6am
& Wedneday 21/10/26 at 8pm to Thursday 22/10/26 6am
Due to Besthorpe Flyover closure Service 14 will divert on the above dates as follows -
Join A11 before Besthorpe, coming off 2nd junction towards Ellingham and Watton following onto Blackthorn Rd then Snowdrop Drive, turning right onto Sheppards Way,
Left onto London Rd taking next right for Shrub close to resume route to Queens Sq
From Queens Sq
Turning right at lights follow onto Connaught Rd, follow left toward Watton to join A11 to come off next slip road to resume route into city from Bestorpe roundabout

Service 28
Kingswood Ave closure from 19th October 7.30am to Tuesday 20th October 17.00pm
Due to the above closure Service 28 will divert via Windors Chase (Police Station) left onto Kingswood ave then onto Pendlesham Rise to resume route to Long Dale
To city from Pendlesham Rise onto Windor Chase to resume normal route at the Police Station.
For Kingswood Rd stops please use the stops on Pendlesham Rise, (The Otter) or connect with X29 on Fakenham Rd
We will be unable to serve stops between Harrold Close (on Kingswood Ave) and Windor Chase (on Fakenham Rd)
Charcoal Line Service Improvements from 1 November 2026

From Sunday 1 November 2026, changes will be made to Charcoal Line services, with revised Monday to Friday timetables and additional peak-time journeys helping to improve connections between Halesworth, Bungay, Poringland and Norwich.

Service 16

Due to the closure of Chapel Road, Lingwood, Service 16 will divert from Staion Rd, to School Rd, LIngwood Gardens, Post Office Road then back onto Staion Road to city.
We will be unable to serve the stop on Chapel Road during this time.

Queensgate, Peterborough
Due to the ongoing works at Queensgate buses will be serving Peterborough Bus Station before Rail Station.
Please allow extra time for your journey.

Services 8, X1
Due to road works Magdalen Way they is a northbound closure, Services will be on diversion towards Yarmouth.
Normal route towards James Paget Hospital.
Hethersett Lane
Service 11, 11A
Due to the closure of Hetherset Lane the above services will be on diversion.
From NNUH to Hethersett. We will not be able to use Rosalind Franklin Road & Hethersett Lane
Buses will divert via Little Melton.
