Network Norwich Service Changes - from Sunday 24th April 2022

We're making changes to some Network Norwich services from Sunday 24th April 2022.

Turquoise Line 13

We will be introducing a new timetable from Mondays to Saturdays to help us to run to time more easily when the traffic is heavier. There are no changes to routes or frequencies.

Green Line 14|15

The 1553 departure from Dussindale (service 14) will no longer operate on weekdays.

Red Line 23|24

As passenger numbers continue to increase towards pre-pandemic levels we are increasing the frequency of buses on Mondays to Fridays.

There will be 6 buses per hour, operating every 10 minutes, between Larkman Lane and the Heartsease roundabout via the city centre.

Buses will serve Queens Hills, Heartsease and Thorpe St Andrew Sainsburys up to every 20 minutes with each of the four routes taken between termini operating as:

Red Line 23 - will operate once every hour
Red Line 23A - will operate twice every hour
Red Line 24 - will operate twice every hour
Red Line 24A - will operate once every hour

The current temporary timetables on Saturdays and Sundays will be unchanged.

Blue Line 25|26

A new timetable will be introduced on all Blue Line services - routes will remain unchanged.

Blue Line 25 - will operate up to every 20 minutes on Mondays to Saturdays between the UEA and Rail Station/Riverside. There will be minor timetable changes to buses on Sundays.
Blue Line 26|26A - will continue to operate up to every 15 minutes on Mondays to Saturdays to a slightly revised timetable. There will be minor timetable changes to buses on Sundays.

Yellow Line 28|29|X29

There will be changes to bus times in the morning and evening peak times on Mondays to Saturdays.

Purple Line 36|37|38|39

New timetables will be introduced on Mondays to Saturdays on all Purple Line services. Sunday services 36 & 37 and evenings 37B are unaffected.

Purple Line 36
Buses will operate up to every 30 minutes between Horsford and Long Stratton via the city centre following the existing service 38 route via Trafford Road and Hall Road south of the city. Buses to Harleston will be renumbered 36A - some journeys will start and end in Horsford.

Purple Line 37
Will operate to a revised timetable

Purple Line 38
Buses will operate up to every 30 minutes between Ives Road and the city centre, via The Boundary and Aylsham Road.

Purple Line 38A
Services will be renumbered to 36A - see above.

Purple Line 39
Will operate to a revised timetable
