Due to the icy roads in Scratby, the 1A will not serve Scratby loop until further notice.

From Monday 12th January 2026 until Friday 20th March 2026 all excel services will be unable to serve stops in Market Place, Dereham due to improvement works funded by Norfolk County Council taking place in the area.

Services in both directions will instead operate from a temporary facility in a section of the Cherry Tree Car Park, following minor diversions to serve these temporary stops. (see map)

Timetables for all services will remain unchanged.

We apologise to any customers inconvenienced by these changes.

Service 13, X13 | Springfields/Sheppard Way, Attleborough | Diversion

Due to the closure of Springfields/Sheppard Way, Attleborough,

Service 13/X13 will remain on diversion along London Road to Queens Square (no service on Springfields or Cyprus Road) due to burst water main.

This closure is still ongoing and in place until the 5th of January 2025.
