Service X1
Due to a breakdown service X1 at 13:00 will not be able to depart Lowestoft.
We are hoping to resume service at 13:24 from JPH.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
From Monday 12th January 2026 until Friday 20th March 2026 all excel services will be unable to serve stops in Market Place, Dereham due to improvement works funded by Norfolk County Council taking place in the area.
Services in both directions will instead operate from a temporary facility in a section of the Cherry Tree Car Park, following minor diversions to serve these temporary stops. (see map)
Timetables for all services will remain unchanged.
We apologise to any customers inconvenienced by these changes.
Due to the closure of Post Office Road and Vicarage Road, service 16 & 16A will divert as follows:

Service 16/16A will operate both ways along Norwich Road, B1140, South Burlingham, Cantley Road to turn around and then return by reverse of the above.
Services will terminate/start from the Holmlea Crescent, Lingwood stop.

Road has reopened and services are back to normal route.
