Due to a new gas connection being installed on Lime Tree Avenue, our Green Line 14/14A/15A/16A services will need to divert from Monday 9th September to Wednesday 11th September.
From Norwich, services will continue directly along Tuttles Lane East, omitting Lime Tree Avenue & Sheffield Road.
Towards Norwich, services will operate from Sheffield Road onto Finderne Drive & Tuttles Lane East.

25, 26 & 26A | Morrisons, Riverside
Due to road closures related to a home football match, from 13.00, services will continue straight over the Rail Station lights onto Thorpe Road to terminate at the Rail Station.
A47 overnight closures
An extensive series of overnight closures between 10th November 2025 and 29th November 2025 will mean that all the A47 between Acle and Great Yarmouth will be closed each night from 20:00 until 06:00 the following morning.
Service X1 journeys operating at these times will operate from Market Gates as far as Fullers Hill Roundabout and then via North Quay and Lawn Avenue to Caister Road.They will then operate along the service 7 route through Caister, Filby, Fleggburgh, Billockby to Acle where the normal line of route will be resumed.
Services towards Great Yarmouth will follow this diversion in the reverse direction.
We apologise for any inconvenience and passengers should be aware that journeys will take longer than usual
Long Road/Elm Tree Road, Lowestoft closures
A series of closures in various phases in Long Road and Elm Tree Road to replace gas mains, starting on Monday 10th November 2025 will affect X2, X21, X22 and 980 services. For the first phase of the works the following diversions will be implemented. As work progresses updates will be posted
X2 / X21
Services towards Lowestoft will be unaffected
Services from Lowestoft will follow the usual route as far as Bloodmoor Roundabout but will then operate via Tom Crisp Way and then turning left into Blackheath Road and follow around on to Long Road. Then via Westwood Avenue and Colville Road. Then via Elm Tree Road (southbound) to resume the usual route on Ashburnham Way to resume usual line of route.
Services X2 and X21 will observe all stops on diversion and in particular those at the top end of Long Road which X22 will not be able to serve.
X22
Services towards Lowestoft will follow the usual line of route as Bloodmoor Roundabout but then on to Tom Crisp Way. Then on to Blackheath Road bearing left on to Carlton Road to resume usual line of route.
Services from Lowestoft will follow the usual line of route as far as Carlton Road then via Tom Crisp Way to Bloodmoor Roundabout, resuming usual line of route on Ribblesdale.
The stops at Andaman Surgery, Aldwyk Way and the stop south of Westwood Avenue will not be served for the duration of this closure.
980 (College service)
All journeys will follow the same diversion as X2 and X21.
We apologise to all customers affected by these diversions and will update this message when further information about the next phase of the closures is available.
Services 36A/B - Colegate End *Updated*
Colegate End will be closed within the next 30 minutes.
At present we have no window for reopening and there is nothing on One.network.
Services 36A/B are diverting by remaining on A140 to Pulham roundabout, left to resume route at Pulham Mkt.
Route is reversed toward City.
As a result there will be no service along Wood Lane or Colegate End Road.
The diversion has been extended until 10/11.

Church Lane, Gorleston (services 2, 3, 3B, 7, 8, X1, X11, also School services 901, 980, 981, 982)
Church Road Roundabout will reopen from Sunday 2nd November, although Church Lane from the roundabout to the traffic lights at Magdalen Way will remain closed until 12th November
Services 2 and X11 will return to their normal routes from the above date
Services 3/3B, 7, 8, 901 and X1 will be diverted via Church Road, Beccles Road and Shrublands Way in both directions
Services 980, 981, 982 for East Norfolk Sixth Form College will drop off/pick up on Middleton Road (College side) and in the afternoon turn right onto Church Lane, right onto Lowestoft Road and then as normal from Lowestoft Road/A47
The free shuttle previously provided will not operate after Saturday 1st November.

Yellow Line Services (28, 29, X29) | Drayton
Yellow Line 28, 29, X29 Services
Due to roadworks expected to last until 1st December in Drayton, we will be experiencing delays of up to 30 mins and possible service cancellations as a result.
Cringleford Interchange/Roundhouse Way (services 11, 11A, 12, 13, X13, 14, 14A, 15, 15A, 16, 16A, Excel (A, B, C, D)
To allow for the completion of existing works there will be changes to stopping arrangements & some closures affecting services from Monday 3rd November to Friday 19th December (estimated). Any updates relating to this will be added to this page as the project develops - please check back frequently if you use the bus interchange.
During these works there will be temporary changes to stopping arrangements in Cringleford Interchange which will apply to all bus services by all operators.
The stops at Stand B & Stand C will both be suspended to allow a safe working area - Stand B will be relocated north-west of the Dragonfly Way roundabout, and Stand C will be relocated onto the shelter at Stand A. Signage will be in place to direct passengers to the correct bus stops, and bus times will be unchanged.

Jellicoe Road, Great Yarmouth (service 8)
Owing to Norfolk County Council works, Jellicoe Road will be closed from Monday 27th October for around 6 weeks.
During the closure, Service 8 will be diverted as follows:
Towards Caister: between Northgate Street and Caister, operating direct via Caister Road as per Service 1.
Towards James Paget Hospital: between Caister and Sandringham Avenue/North Denes Road, operating via Caister Road, Barnard Crescent and Barnard Avenue. Drivers will observe stops on Caister Road, and the temporary stop on Barnard Avenue, close to the Beatty Road junction.
