Due to an incident, as a result the 14/A will not serve Sheffield Road toward Wymondham, but will continue directly to Wymondham Cross along Norwich Road.
Passengers will be allowed to ride around as services toward Norwich are not affected by this.

The incident has been cleared and normal service route back on.

Due to traffic delays service 8 at 10:04 will not depart JPH.
A time cannot be provided for when this service will be reinstated, but we are looking to do this as soon as possible.
Due to traffic delays, service 8 at 11:04 will not be able to depart JPH, we are hoping to resume service at 11:40 Market Gates.

X11 / SERVICE DISRUPTION / 3rd of December 2025
Due to traffic delays, service X11 will not be able to depart Belton at 09:55. We are hoping to resume service at 10:45 Gates.
Yarmouth Services / Herring Bridge / SERVICE DISRUPTION / 3rd of December 2025
Herring Bridge has a fault and we can not go through to Gorleston due to this.
This as well as the Haven Bridge closure means that it will be difficult to facilitate Yarmouth services during this time.

X1 / SERVICE DISRUPTIONS / 3rd of December 2025
Due to traffic delays, the service X1 will not depart from Lowestoft at 08:30. Service should resume at JPH (08:54).
Due to traffic delays Service X1 at 10:00 will not be able to depart Lowestoft. Service should resume at 10:53 Market Gates

Due to traffic delays service X1 at 12:00 will not run from Market to Norwich and then the Norwich 12:55 will not run up to Acle 13:19.

Services 36A/36B | Starston
Due to this closure on The Street until start of service on 6th December, we will not be able to serve Starston.
Services toward Harleston will divert at The Pennoyer Centre in Pulham St Mary, stopping outside The Old Pub
Services will then be diverted via South Green to/from Wilderness Lane, Harleston where they will resume normal route.
On the return trip we will only be able to serve the layby after St Marys Garage and Mill Lane in Pulham St Mary.
Haven Bridge, Great Yarmouth (1, 1A, 7, 8, X1, X11, 901, 931)
Due to essential works on the bridge it will be closed to all traffic for two weeks (1st December 2025 - 12th December 2025). This will impact on the following services
- 1/1A - Martham - Hemsby - Caister - Great Yarmouth - Gorleston - Hopton - Lowestoft
- X1/X11 - Norwich - Acle - Great Yarmouth - Gorleston - JPH then Lowestoft (X1) or Belton (X11)
- 7 - Great Yarmouth - Caister-on-Sea - Filby - Fleggburgh - Acle - Broadland Business Park - Norwich
- 8 - Caister-on-Sea - Great Yarmouth - Gorleston - Magdalen Estate - James Paget Hospital
- 901 - James Paget Hospital - Gt Yarmouth - Notre Dame High School
- 931 - Burgh Castle - Belton - Ormiston Venture Academy
All of the services above will divert via Breydon Bridge and Pasteur Road (both directions) and those towards Gorleston via Southtown Road.
As all other road traffic will be unable to use Haven Bridge we anticipate significant levels of disruption and delay to our services. Passengers are advised to allow more time for their journeys.
We apologise to all customers affected by this closure which is outside our control.
Buxton Road (13 Spixworth)
Due to Buxton road being closed for BT works at Phoenix Avenue, the 13 Spixworth route will be on diversion up North Walsham Road to Crostwick Lane. There will no service between White Woman Lane and Park Road. Sorry for any inconvenience.
16/A / WEATHER DISRUPTION / DIVERSION / Until further notice *UPDATED*
Due to flooding, the 16/A will divert via Blofield.
As a result we will not be able to serve any stops between Brundall, Station Road and Lingwood Chip shop.

Long Road/Elm Tree Road, Lowestoft closures
A series of closures in various phases in Long Road and Elm Tree Road to replace gas mains, starting on Monday 10th November 2025 will affect X2, X21, X22 and 980 services. For the first phase of the works the following diversions will be implemented. As work progresses updates will be posted
X2 / X21
Services towards Lowestoft will be unaffected
Services from Lowestoft will follow the usual route as far as Bloodmoor Roundabout but will then operate via Tom Crisp Way and then turning left into Blackheath Road and follow around on to Long Road. Then via Westwood Avenue and Colville Road. Then via Elm Tree Road (southbound) to resume the usual route on Ashburnham Way to resume usual line of route.
Services X2 and X21 will observe all stops on diversion and in particular those at the top end of Long Road which X22 will not be able to serve.
X22
Services towards Lowestoft will follow the usual line of route as Bloodmoor Roundabout but then on to Tom Crisp Way. Then on to Blackheath Road bearing left on to Carlton Road to resume usual line of route.
Services from Lowestoft will follow the usual line of route as far as Carlton Road then via Tom Crisp Way to Bloodmoor Roundabout, resuming usual line of route on Ribblesdale.
The stops at Andaman Surgery, Aldwyk Way and the stop south of Westwood Avenue will not be served for the duration of this closure.
980 (College service)
All journeys will follow the same diversion as X2 and X21.
