Emergency Road Works in Bungay Tonight (41/41A/X41)

Due to X29 being on diversion, we wont be able to serve stops between Bawdeswell and Holt Road, Fakenham.

Service 29

Taverham Rd, Taverham 

Due to Taverham Rd closure Service 29 will be unable to serve Orchard Bank and Byron Rd.

We will divert passed Taverham Rd turning right into Baldrick rd,left into Lacey Rd, left St Walstans Rd, left into Eastfield/cameron Green,

then Shakespeare Way to resume normal route.

DURING SCHOOL HOURS 8.30AM-9.00AM & 14.30PM-16.00PM

We will divert via Baldrick Rd, Lacey Rd, St Walstans Rd resume normal route route on Victoria Rd

Services 21,23,23A, 24B 25,26

Monday 27th April 2026 19.00pm to Tuesday 28th April 2026 03.00am

Due to Theatre Street closure the above services will divert through St Stephens St turning right at roundabout onto Chaplefield Rd to pick up normal route in and out bound. 

Srevice 21 will use 25/26 stops on Red Lion St in both directions

Services 23, 23A,24B will use BQ out of city and BE into city 

Service 21 

Thursday 23rd April 18.00pm to Friday 24th April 06.00am 

Due to road closue we will be ubable to serve Bowthorpe Rd hospital in both directions. 

Out Of City Service 21 will divert to Derham Rd Roundabout, take 1st exit onto Guardian Rd then right at the traffic lights to resume normal route

Into city   Normal route to Bowthorpe Rd traffic lights turning left onto Guardian Rd the 3rd Exit at Roundabout to resume normal route 

All 41/41A/X41 services terminating in Bungay from 18:45 this evening and are diverting as follows;

Towards Bungay:
Normal route to Hillside Rd East, Halesworth Rd, Kings Rd, junction outside High School, Queens Rd

From Bungay:
Commencing on diversion Hillside Rd West, Hillside Rd East to resume route.

SERVICES TO/FROM HALESWORTH ARE NOT AFFECTED

Services will be unable to serve Flixton Rd or Bardolph Rd after this time.

There has been an Emergency Road closure, a water leak, Wangford Road in Reydon.

Services 99 and 99A will not be able to serve 'Wangford' and will divert via the Coast road in both directions.

Disruption in place until the 24th April. 

Silfield has been shut at the Bridge services 14A/15,16s are now diverting. No notices were sent to us and is on one network closed 20th - 26th April. 

Diversion as follows

Bottom of Ayton Road turning right, left at the lights and up to Abbey Road to wait time.

Temporary stops have now been placed outside and opposite the Factory Shop on Ayton Rd, which will now be the terminus during this time.

 70 service Ipswich to Grundisburgh. 

Ipswich is missing out Tuddenham St Martin, High St AKA The Fountain, Culpho, Church & all Grundisbugh stops. 

This service will operate the normal line of route until the Millenium Cemetery and then will divert via Humber Doucy Lane, Woodbridge Road, A12, Woodbridge, Grundisburgh Road and Naunton Road in both directions. 

This will be in place until the 19th April 2026. 

Service 15 & 16

905 school bus 

Brundall 

 Due to part closure of Yarmouth Rd & Cucumber Lane

Services 15 and 16 will be on diversion 

Out of City From A47 McDonalds roundabout service 15 will divert up Yarmouth Rd to Kings Head turning left and resume normal route.

Please be aware that if you need Cucumber lane you can stay on through Blofield, Blofeild Heath for return journey to Cucumber Lane  

Service 16 will divert up Yarmouth Rd to Kings Head and turn right onto Stocks lane,Brundall rd, Blofield Rd turning left at end to continue normal route. 

 Into City 15 & 16 Normal route

905 school bus 

    Will divert via Yarmouth Rd,left at Kings Head and pick up as normal then via Doctors Rd back to Kings Head, turning left at Traffic lights and serve the opposite stops to cucumber lane, then join A47 to acle School  

Service 39 &37B| Southwell Road

Due to resurfacing works, we won't be able to serve Southwell Road from Tuesday 7th April till the end of service on Monday 20th of April 2026. Services to divert as follows:

From Queens Road, onto Hall Road, Hospital Lane then normal route.
