Cringleford Interchange (Excel)

Due to National Highways improvement works taking place on the A11, Thickthorn Interchange is extremely congested around the morning & evening peak times. To protect the wider Excel service, the following diversion will be in place until Thursday 20th November affecting our stopping points in at Cringleford Interchange.

Monday to Friday only, between 07:00-10:00 & 15:00-18:00, services will operate via Roundhouse Way, Colney Lane & Watton Road to access the A47. Services towards Peterborough will serve Stand A in Cringleford Interchange. Services towards Norwich will serve Stand C in Cringleford Interchange.

Normal routes & stopping arrangements will apply between 10:00 & 15:00.
