Service 10 & 33 - route & timetable consultation
Services 10/10A & 33/33A are operated under contract to Norfolk County Council.
Following a recent re-procurement exercise, the contract will change to Konectbus from Monday 1st September 2025 - our last day operating these services will be Saturday 30th August.
The service provision to and from Mousehold and the City Centre is largely the same and will operate on a 40 minute frequency - timetable details will be shared soon.
33/33A: There are some additional journeys for passengers and all journeys will serve Plumstead Road and Harvey Lane.
10/10A: The route in Eaton and Cringleford is combined which does stretch out the journey time on some journeys but offers a more frequent service and an extended service to the Rail Station.
Please provide any comments on the proposed route & timetable to transporteast@norfolk.gov.uk by Monday 14th July 2025.

Station Road, Silfield (14A/15/15A/16/16A)
Due to subway construction taking place on Station Road (under the rail bridge) between Wymondham & Silfield - our services 14A/15/15A/16/16A will be curtailed from Monday 30th June to Sunday 20th July.
During this time, services will continue to serve Wymondham Cross & Harts Farm as normal, but will terminate & restart service on Ayton Road. This means that we will be unable to serve Silfield.
---------------------------------------------------
However, as-per previous closures - Norfolk County Council have procured a free shuttle bus service (operated by Tan Cars), which will operate directly from Silfield Goshawk Rise to Wymondham Cross (& v.v.) - making use of diversion routes that we would not be able to send a bus through.
The timetable for this service is shown below and is available as a printed version at the bottom of this page, and will additionally be posted at all bus stops in Silfield.
For any queries or complaints relating to the shuttle bus, you will need to contact Norfolk County Council at www.norfolk.gov.uk or 0344 800 8020.
