The following services are cancelled or delayed due to operational issues:

Due to a traffic collision, service 1A at 13:30will not run from Hopton to Market Gates. We are hoping to resume service at 14:18.

service 1A will not run from Hotpon to Marke Gates at 16:40.

Service 1 will not be able to depart Lowestoft at 16:45. We are hoping to resume service at 16:45

Service 8 at 16:55 will not depart Caister, meaning the 17:25 from Yarmouth to JPH will also not run

Service 1/1A/8/X1/X11- temporary light delays and cancellations

Due to temporary traffic lights at Matalan ( Haven Bridge ) out of sync.

Service 1/1A/8/X1/X11 are getting delays.

X1 at 12:30 will not depart Lowestoft. Service should resume at 12:54

X11 will not be able to depart Belton at 12:25. Service should resume at 13:15 Market Gates

8 at 12:13 never departed JPH, we are hoping to resume service at 12:48 Market Gates.

X1 at 13:00 never departed Market Gates, resume as soon as possible

X1 will not be able to depart Lowestoft at 13:00

Wymondham Cross closure- 11s, 14, 13/15/16

Wymondham Cross closed following services are diverting as follows;

11s who serve Wymondham are following the 14 route via The big Fry.

13/15/16 are serving The Chestnuts on Avenue Road only.

Nothing is on one network regarding this and signs are not seen until you turn into the cross. Can we have an update ASAP how long this is for.

Saturday 18th April 2026 to Sunday 19th April 2026

St.Stephens bus stop supension BB,BC,BD,BR,BQ,BS

Due to the above, Charcoal line 40,40A, 41,X41 will drop off and pick up from stand R in the bus station.

SERVICES 11,11A,12,14,15,16,36,37,38,39 will pick up and drop off Castle Meadow only.

70 / Ipswich to Grundisburgh / DIVERSION / Until the 19th of April 2026

70 service Ipswich to Grundisburgh.

Ipswich is missing out Tuddenham St Martin, High St AKA The Fountain, Culpho, Church & all Grundisbugh stops.

This service will operate the normal line of route until the Millenium Cemetery and then will divert via Humber Doucy Lane, Woodbridge Road, A12, Woodbridge, Grundisburgh Road and Naunton Road in both directions.

This will be in place until the 19th April 2026.

Service 15 & 16

Due to part closure of Yarmouth Rd & Cucumber Lane

Services 15 and 16 will be on diversion

Out of City From A47 McDonalds roundabout service 15 will divert up Yarmouth Rd to Kings Head turning left and resume normal route.

Please be aware that if you need Cucumber lane you can stay on through Blofield, Blofeild Heath for return journey to Cucumber Lane

Service 16 will divert up Yarmouth Rd to Kings Head and turn right onto Stocks lane,Brundall rd, Blofield Rd turning left at end to continue normal route.

Into City 15 & 16 Normal route

905 school bus

Will divert via Yarmouth Rd,left at Kings Head and pick up as normal then via Doctors Rd back to Kings Head, turning left at Traffic lights and serve the opposite stops to cucumber lane, then join A47 to acle School

Service 39 &37B | Southwell Road

Service 39 &37B| Southwell Road

Due to resurfacing works, we won't be able to serve Southwell Road from Tuesday 7th April till the end of service on Monday 20th of April 2026. Services to divert as follows:

From Queens Road, onto Hall Road, Hospital Lane then normal route.
