Flooding under the bridge between Brundall & Shrumpshaw
Services are unable to serve Shrumpshaw due to the flooding.
Service(s) affected: 16
Diversions as follows, until further notice:
Services are diverting via Blofield, Lingwood Road, following that until the Fish & Chip shop stop, to then resume the normal route.
Towards the City diversion same as above in reverse.
From Monday 12th January 2026 until Friday 20th March 2026 all excel services will be unable to serve stops in Market Place, Dereham due to improvement works funded by Norfolk County Council taking place in the area.
Services in both directions will instead operate from a temporary facility in a section of the Cherry Tree Car Park, following minor diversions to serve these temporary stops. (see map)
Timetables for all services will remain unchanged.
