14,14A, 923,13,15,15A,16,16A, PR1 - Thickthorn

There has been an incident at Thickthorn, and police are not allowing traffic from The City onto A47 toward Dereham or toward Hethersett:

Diversions are (all outbound from City – inbound is normal routes)

PR1 – Diverting via Ringroad, Watton Rd, Hethersett Lane, to P+R site.

14,14A, 923 - Diverting via Cringleford Interchange, NNUH, Watton Rd, Hethersett Lane to resume at Hethersett.

13,15,15A,16, 16A - Diverting via A11 to Wymondham.

Drivers have been advised to inform customers forHethersett to transfer onto 14/14A.

14/A drivers have been advised to allow travel to anyone who has had to change service.

Service 36A/36B

Due to the closure of A140 towards Harleton past Long Stratton Police Station, until 31st August:

To allow for further bypass connection works –there will be a continuous road closure south of Long Stratton between the above dates.

Services from Norwich will serve Long Stratton normally as far as the Aston Martin garage. Services will then divert via Make Flowerpot Lane, Manor Road, Swan Lane then rejoin the A140 heading north. 

Services towards Norwich should operate the above route in reverse.
