UPDATE - 11:15 Friday 3rd November - Kings Weston Road is now open and services 3 and 4 are operating as normal.

Kings Weston Road in Lawrence Weston will be closed in both directions to services 3 and 4 from 09:30 on Wednesday 1st and will remain fully closed until 11:15 on Friday 3rd November to facilitate carriageway works.

Service 3 heading towards Broadmead will operate as normal to the junction of Hallen Road then divert left into Hallen Road, Severn Road to its end to resume normal route on St Andrews Road.

Service 3 heading towards Cribbs Causeway will operate the reverse of the above.

Regretfully the bus stops between and including Avonmouth Way bus stop on Station Road and St Andrews Road bus stop on Kings Weston Lane will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either Marissal Road bus stop on Station Road or St Andrews Road bus stop on St Andrews Road.

Service 4 heading towards Broadmead only will operate as normal to Henbury Road then turn right into Station Road, left into Hallen Road, Severn Road and St Andrews Road then, turn left into Kings Weston Lane and right into Long Cross to resume normal route.

Service 4 heading towards Cribbs Causeway will operate the reverse of the above.

Regretfully the bus stops between and including Blaise Castle and Moor Grove on Long Cross (towards Cribbs Causeway) and Long Cross lay-by (towards Broadmead) will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at the Avonmouth Way bus stop on Station Road (served by service 1 & 2) or the Moor Grove heading towards Broadmead) or the Badenham Grove (heading towards Cribbs Causeway)bus stop on Long Cross.

UPDATE - Please note due to last minute complications the works have been pushed back and will now not start until Monday 2nd June. Services will remain on normal routes until then.

Due to overnight works at the link road and Station Road roundabout, closures will be in place and as such buses diverted.

Service Y1 will divert from B&Q to use Kennedy Way behind the leisure centre to resume normal route at Sundridge park in both directions.

Service Y2 will divert from Peg Hill to use Gravel Hill Road, Greenways Road and Church Road to pick up at Morrisons.

Service Y6 Will divert from B&Q to use Kennedy Way behind the leisure centre and stay on the dual carriageway all the way along Cotswold Road to resume at St Johns Way, this will be the return route back towards Station Road.

Regrettably for service Y1, Yate Shopping Centre and Morrisons bus stops will not be served.

For service Y2 Goose Green Way and Yate Shopping Centre bus stops will not be served.

For service Y6 Morrisons, Yate Shopping Centre, The Ridge, Bowling Hill and The Clock bus stops will not be served during the closure period.
