Unfortunately, the app is not compatible with iPads or tablets. The app also requires a strong and stable internet connection in order to function effectively. While it can tolerate brief periods of weak signal, a consistent connection is needed to ensure that the content remains up to date and secure.

You can edit your current payment methods or add a new payment method on the 'Buy ticket' screen during the purchase process on the app. Just tap 'Choose payment method' on the 'Buy ticket' screen to see the payment method options.

Our First bus app bus app will allow you to plan, track services and purchase your travel all on one app. All you would required to do is register an account and you are good to go. Unfortunately, without an app account you will be unable to purchase ticket for your travel.

To change your mTicket account email address, please follow the steps below:

- Open the app and select the 'more' tab
- Select 'View profile settings'
- Select 'Edit my personal info'
- In the Email address field, delete your old email address and enter your new email address
- Confirm your new email address in the field below
- Select save changes

You can delete your account by completing the webform below. Once deleted, your account cannot be reactivated.

Please open the app and select the 'More' tab, then 'View Profile Settings' and 'Sign In'. You can then select the 'Forgot Password' option and enter the email address linked with your First Bus App account.

Please contact us with the mobile number linked to your account so we can try and locate it for you.

As the website and the app are independent of each other, you will need to register for separate accounts on the website and app. The same login credentials can be used for both, if you wish.

You should receive the password reset link to the email address linked to your First Bus App account within a few minutes. Please also check your spam/junk folder in you can't see it in your inbox.
