Demonstration and March - Leeds City Centre.

There will be an Iranian Demonstration taking place in Leeds city centre. 

It is estimated that approximately 250-300 people will be attending from 12:30 hours onwards.

Please note that there will be no diversion in place during this event. A rolling road closure will operate along the route, and buses may be held briefly as it passes. 

Top of Church Bank closed due to RTC.

Services affected: 642, 645, 671 & X11. 

Service are divert via Little Germany, Leeds Road and Garnett Street. 
 

Outbound routes only are affected by diversions:

Towards Halifax : Northumberland Street, (L) Ring Road, Bradford Road, (L) Beck Road, (L)Willow Lane, (R) St Johns Road and pickup normal route Inbound is not affected.

Towards Huddersfield : 30-40 Mins late (Short notice cancellations).

Reports of Road Traffic Collision at Legram’s Lane inbound and road partially blocked. Services 636,637 delays.

Treecot Drive, Westcliff-on-Sea is closed for roadworks. The permit's end date is: 27 Apr 23:59 BST.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 825 will divert in both directions via Progress Road, The Fairway, Eastwood Road North and Blenheim Chase.

Diversions:

• Service 25 - On Monday 23rd March The Avenue was closed for 5 weeks. Buses will divert via Princes Road, Newcastle Lane and Hilton Road. There are also three separate sets of two-way lights further along Hartshill Road which will compound delays.

From Monday 20th April, services 28/28A will stop at Stand J in Taunton town centre on the inbound journey to Castle Way. This change will improve connections with the Taunton Park & Ride, making it easier to continue your journey, including travelling on to the hospital. 

All services following normal route however experiencing delays from 13:00 pm until further notice.
