Broomfield Road, Chelmsford is closed for roadworks from 21/7/2026 to 02/8/20026

Due to the location of the road closure - the C2 / C3 / C10 / 170 will be placed on diversion:

C2

The C2 will divert in both directions via Coval Lane(towards Broomfield), Parkway (towards Broomfield), Rainsford Road, Roxwell Road, Chignal Road and Melbourne Avenue.

The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

Due to the Glasgow Pride Parade across the city, there will be disruption between the hours of 12:00 and 14:00

Services 6, 18/18A,21,41 240, 255, 263 & 267 St Vincent Place Closure

Service 141 Thornwood Avenue

To allow for emergency works, Thornwood Avenue is closed from Friday 17th July until works have been completed.

Services 20, 83 & 785 Adlington Road Closure -Until further notice (at all times)

Adlington Road has been closed by unannounced road works.

Towards City Centre: Follow above in opposite direction
