Update--From Wednesday 29th July the X39 will operate normal route through Saltford.This is due to new traffic management and reduced congestion.
Due to regular significant delays being experienced passing through roadworks at Saltford, a diversion is now in place between 0930-1530 weekdays only until Monday 3rd August. This will affect service X39.
Four Acres in Withywood will be closed between 0900 and 1700 on Tuesday 21st July. This will affect services 36 and 75.
Service 36 towards Highridge will run normal route to the end of Bishport Avenue, and then turn right onto Queen's Road, then left at the traffic lights onto King George's Road, resuming normal route from Highridge Green.
The following stops will not be able to be served:-Queen's Road, Sherrin Way, Turtlegate Avenue, Shuter Road and Highridge Green.
Lane closure outbound means some stops are unusable, so some delays may be inevitable
Scotts Hill, Southminster is closed for overnight roadworks. The permit's end date is 22 Jul.
*This is a timed road closure: the road will be closed nightly between 20:00hrs and 05:00hrs*
Due to the location of the road closure - the 33 / 331 will divert in both directions via Green Lane, Foxhall Road, Steeple Road and David Fisher Way.
The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

Mill Road, Maldon is closed for roadworks from 23/07/2026 to 25/09/2026.
Due to the location of the road closure - the 31 / 331 / 332 / 333 & 75 / 375 will divert in both directions via High Street (75), Fambridge Way and Cross Road.
The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:
Kings Road, Brentwood is closed for roadworks from 20/07/2026 to 07/08/2026.
Due to the location of the road closure - the 351 / 9 will be placed on diversion:

Towards Basildon: Normal line for of route. All bus stops served.
Towards Brentwood: The 9 will divert via Queen's Road.
The following bus stop(s) will not be served:
Molrams Lane, Chelmsford is closed for roadworks from 23/07/2026 to 24/07/2026.
Due to the location of the road closure - the 3 will divert in both directions via Essex Yeomanry Way.
The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:
- Manor Farm Shop
- Molrams Lane
- Woodhill Road
- Ladywell Lane

Due to the Rowner Carnival, Route 9 will divert via Grange Road and Rowner Road in both directions.
