Grange Lane will be closed between the junctions of Mill Lane and Burghwallis Road.

Burghwallis Lane will also be closed between the junctions of Burghwallis Road and Suttonfield Road for utility works.

London Road/Rectory Road (Pitsea) - Lanes are closed in both directions. The 22 and 28 services are currently diverting in both directions via the A13.

Due to roadwork restrictions on Wells High Street, services are diverting via Chamberlian Street towards the Bus station for today.

HSBC stop in the High Street will not be covered during this diversion.

Passengers planning to travel to Brook Farm Road, should instead disembark at the closest stop - the Tesco on B1119 Road.

Due to the road closure of the road between A3075 and Trevella Holiday Park between 07:30 and 17:30 on 12 June 2025. Buses operating between Crantock and Trevemper Roundabout will follow the diversion shown below in both directions.

Towards Goonhavern 

Diverting via Trevemper Roundabout, Trevella Park, A3075, Rosecliston Park, West Pentire Crantock, to resume normal route after Trevella turning.
