Kirkgate is closed due to an unsafe Building.

THE B2 SERVICE WILL NOT SERVE THE KNARES (SPECIFIC JOURNEYS ONLY) - EFFECTIVE MONDAY 16TH JUNE 2025 - UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

We regret to inform our customers that the B2 service will no longer serve The Knares, at school opening and closure times, due to cars consistently being parked illegally which is causing unsafe conditions for both pedestrians and road users.

Chelmer Village Way, Chelmsford is closed for overnight roadworks from 20:00hrs on Monday 16th June to 05:00hrs on Tuesday 17th June 2025.

The 71, X71 and 371 services will be permitted through the road closure. If bus stops are accessible, they will be served.

There will be slight delays to service, as the bus will be passing through a controlled works area.

We apologise for the disruption to your bus journey.

Service X1:

Due to operational issues, the X1 at 18:30 from Norwich will not run.

Services will resume from Acle at 18:54.

Due to temporary lights at North Street / St Vincent Street, services are experiencing some delays. 

Services (2) are delayed by up to 30 minutes until further notice, we apologise for the inconvenience.

Old Down near Ston Easton will be closed to service 173 between 09:30 and 15:30 on Wednesday 11th June to facilitate carriageway work.

Service 173 will be on diversion and regretfully the bus stops between and including Old Down Inn in Ston Easton and Riverside Gardens in Midsomer Norton will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at Greystones in Gurney Slade or Redlands Terrace in Midsomer Norton.

Due to a broken-down vehicle, Baildon Terminal is unable to be served. Services are diverting as follows:

Service 626 (to Bradford):

Services will start from the second stop along the route.

Service 626 (to Baildon):

Services will terminate one stop earlier.

The right hand turn out of Broad Walk onto Wells Road will be closed for service 36 between 09:00 and 15:00 for pot hole repair works.

Service 36 heading towards St Annes only will be diverted via Axbridge Road, Redcatch Road and Wells Road to resume normal route at the traffic lights.

High Street, Maldon will be closed for overnight roadworks from Monday 23rd June 2025 to Saturday 28th June 2025.
