The A37 in Gurney Slade will be closed overnight to service 173 between 19:00 and 06:00 from Monday 1st through to Thursday 4th December (four nights) to facilitate carriageway works.

This diversion will only apply to the 17:50 and 18:50 departures from Bath.

Service 173 heading towards Wells will divert along the B3139 to resume normal route at the junction of Whitnell Lane.

Regretfully the bus stops between and including Kings Lane and Turners Court Lane will not be served.

Passengers are advised to use either the Whitnell Lane stop on B3139 or the Old Down Inn bus stop.
