Service X1:

Due to a breakdown in Norwich, the 13:10 will not operate. Service will resume at Acle for 13:34.

Kingsland Road, West Mersea is closed for roadworks until 23:59hrs on Wednesday 4th June 2025.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 68 service will be placed on diversion:

Towards West Mersea -

The 68 service will divert via Upland Road and High Street North before terminating at High Street, West Mersea bus stop. The following bus stop(s) will not be served:

• Barfield Road
• Melrose Road
• Church

Towards Colchester City Centre - 

Services 11,11A heading to Countesswells
Normal route

Services 11,11A heading to Northfield
From the Gallowgate (buses will not continue to Mounthooly): via Springhill Gardens, Maberly Street, and return to normal route.

Easglesham Road, Gardenhall Roadworks

Services terminating on Greenhills Road.

To allow for resurfacing works on Monday 9th June until Friday 13th June, Queens Drive will be closed.

During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation.

Service 229 to Eddlewood:

Terminating at first stop on Douglas Crescent.

Service 229 to Hamilton:

Continue Douglas Crescent, right into Clydesdale Avenue, normal route.

The A4174 between the M32 and Coldharbour Lane will be closed overnight to services m1, m3 and m4 between 20:00 and 06:00 from Monday 9th through to Wednesday 11th June (three nights) to facilitate carriageway works.

Services heading towards the Centre only will be diverted through Frenchay to resume normal routes at the UWE ground and the only bus stop that will be missed will be the UWE Gardens bus stop on Coldharbour Lane and passengers are advised to board or alight at the Bus Station in the UWE grounds.

Services from Bristol will be able to operate as normal.
