Severe delays to all services due to Police incident in Halifax town centre. Burdock Way, North Bridge and Charlestown Road are all closed.

The roads have re-opened in Halifax after the police incident this morning.

Due to a police incident at North Bridge (Halifax), the 681 will divert in both directions.

Due to the ongoing works on Argyle Street until Friday the 20th of March, Wellington Street is closed at the junction of Argyle Street.
During the closure the following diversion will be in operation.
Service 38B/C/E that terminate on Renfield Street:
Wellington Street, Holm Street, Hope Street, Blythswood Street, James Watt Street, Broomielaw, Oswald Street & Hope Street to the normal route.
Due to road works, all Sv16s in both directions will be missing out Chestnut Avenue and Beech Crescent. They will be operating via Gower View Road.
Update as at 0630 16th April: Road has reopened normal route has been resumed.
Paulton Road in Paulton will be closed daily from 09:30 until 15:00 Daily from 14th April until 17th April.
Services 171 will divert via A362 Farrington Gurnery, Old Mills in both directions. The following bus stops will not able to be served: Rush Hill until Claremont Gardens.
Please use stops at Ston Easton Turn or Paper Lane.
Road has re-opened.
Bankhead Avenue Bellshill - Service 201
Due to a burst water main, Bankhead Avenue at Motherwell Road will be closed until further notice.
During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversion will be in operation:
Service 201 towards Petersburn:
Military Road, Colchester is closed for roadworks. The permit's end date is: 4 Mar 23:59 GMT.
Due to the location of the road closure, the 51 / 53 / 53A services will divert in both directions via Mersea Road and Roberts Road.
The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:
- Military Road
- Lookers Garage
- Garrison Church
- Mill Street

272 Service - Monday 23rd February until Monday 23rd March (at all times)
Castleton Bus Station will be closed for works.
OUTBOUND services will operate via the normal route to How Lane, Back Street & Cross Street.
INBOUND services will operate the reverse of the outbound route to commence service on How Lane outside of the bus station.

Leeds West and Pudsey MP, Rachel Reeves joined celebrations at the First Bus depot in Bramley as the operator welcomed Bramley Elderly Action (BEA) and members to mark the tenth anniversary of a partnership supporting the community charity.
For the past decade, First Bus has supplied £70,000 of fuel and maintenance for BEA’s minibus fleet, which is essential for helping users to enjoy its regular clubs and special trips across West Yorkshire.
