Upgrades to bus shelters on Brentwood High Street begin on Wednesday 18th June 2025. The upgrades are expected to be completed by Wednesday 16th July 2025.
The upgrades will take place in stages - when a bus stop is temporary closed - bus services will pick-up/drop-off at an adjacent bus stop.

The following service was disrupted due to operational issues:
Service X1 will not run from Lowestoft at 07:25.
Service should resume at 08:30 at Market Gates.
Due to resurfacing works on Saturday 21st June 00:01 until Sunday 22nd June 23:59, Gartcosh Walk westbound will be closed.

The 310 service is diverting due to Jackson Bridge Gasworks
310 to Hepworth is diverting via Stone Bus Shelter, Chapel-gate, Dean Bridge, Hepworth Terminus.
310 to Huddersfield Bus Station diverting in the opposite direction to the above.

Greystones Road is now open and services returning to normal.
Greystones Road has been closed by unannounced Northern Powergrid works.
82 Service is diverting via Ringinglow Road & Ecclesall Road in both directions.
Due to safety concerns, a new road layout/poor parking, and buses getting stuck.
541 service in the inbound/outbound service is diverting via 542.
579 - Route is all clear
590/591/592 Inbound services are diverting via Aachen Way (A58), King Cross Rd, Aachen Way, Queens Road, King Cross Rd, resuming normal route.
Due to a reported sinkhole on Park View Road and parked vehicles in the area, the road is currently unsafe for larger vehicles. Service 680 will be diverting as below:
680 to Bradford
Diverting via Emm Lane, North Park Road.
Ranelagh Avenue is now open and services returning to regular routes.
