51 Hollinsend Road

Hollinsend Road is currently blocked due to a grounded lorry.

Services are diverting via East bank Road, Hurlfield Road, Manor Top and Ridgeway in both directions.

The first new electric vehicles (EVs) from First Bus in Somerset have entered service this week, ushering in the area’s first zero-emissions buses. In total, 13 single deckers, and 12 double deckers, will be rolled out over the coming months for passengers on routes across Taunton, Wellington, Burnham-on-sea, Bridgwater and Minehead.

High levels of traffic have been causing delays to services 88 and 89 since 07:00.

Several buses are stuck down Bootham due to an incident.

The emergency services are on site and are hoping to getting traffic moved sooner rather than later.

A358 Road Closure - 22nd April

Service 28 Bishops Lydeard

Due to the road being closed from 09:30 at Bishops Lydeard the 28 Service will only run as far as as Bishops Lydeard Village.

Due to a stand door failure the following service have been moved from Stand T to Stand C.

Due to the ANZAC Parade on Friday 25th April, the below services are diverting:

Service 2 Diverting via Mercery Road onto Dorchester Road, Weymouth Way, Swannery Bridge, Commercial Road and Westham Road onto K2 bus stop.

A6036 Halifax Road (Tesco) near Farfield Grove - NGN Works, including Multi-Way Signals. Traffic congestion and delays to Service 681 to be encountered throughout the day.

Update: Works remain in place, and are now scheduled for removal on the 16th of May.

A647 Leeds Road, Thornbury Roundabout. Inner Lane closed from the traffic lights opposite Linden Avenue on Gypsy Street around to Gain Lane due to Roadworks (Yorkshire Water). Scheduled from Monday 7th April to Sunday 16th May. Services may be affected with delays throughout the day particularly at peak times.
