First Bus is giving away over 7,500 free bus journeys next weekend as thousands of people get set to celebrate Glasgow’s 850th birthday at a three-day music festival along the River Clyde.

As part of its support for the city’s year-long celebrations, First Bus is the official travel partner of the Clyde Chorus taking place between May 29th and May 31st which will see live music events taking place at iconic venues such as the SEC Armadillo, SWG3, The Briggait, Pearce Institute, and The Savings Bank.

Due to roadworks, the services are diverting:

207 to Rotherham is diverting via Bawtry Road, Brinsworth Lane, Whitehill Road to resume normal route

95 to Sheffield is diverting via Brinsworth Lane, Whitehill Road to resume normal route.

Due to a Police road closure, the services are diverting:

Service 34 normal route to Shieldhall Road, is diverting via Shieldhall Road, normal route.

Both directions.

Service 77 towards BBS, is diverting via Kings Inch Drive, Renfrew Road and normal route.

The following services are diverting:
