Hop on, Hop off our Easter Bus Services!
We'll be operating the following service levels over the Easter Bank Holiday period.
Friday 18th April (Good Friday): Saturday service
Saturday 19th April: Saturday service
Sunday 20th April (Easter Sunday): Sunday service
Monday 21st April (Easter Monday): Sunday service
To help us celebrate, we invited a very special guest to come and celebrate with us in Aberdeen, the birthplace of First Bus. More commonly known for his love of trains, we welcomed Francis Bourgeois to our Aberdeen depot and HQ, introduced him to the exciting world of buses, and unlocked his not-so secret enthusiasm for all things bus.
Due to roadworks on the A82, the 1/1A are currently experiencing major delays.
Customers are advised to plan for roughly 30 minute delays.
Service 2
For one night between 19:00 - 06:00 on 13th May, the following stops will be suspended:
Elm Grove (N-Bound)
Elm Grove (S-Bound)

A temporary stop will be supplied by the works promoter.

Spiersbridge Industrial Estate turning circle is blocked by a vehicle.
All 38 Services will divert by circling Spiersbridge roundabout until further notice.
Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea will be closed for roadworks from Monday 7th April to Friday 18th April 2025.
Due to the location of the road closure the 21, 21A and Z3 services will divert in both directions via Queensway (A1160) and Southchurch Avenue.
The following bus stop(s) will not be served:
- Nicholson House
- Tyrrel Drive
- Southchurch Avenue Corner (towards Southend-on-Sea direction only)

Shrub End Road, Stanway is closed for roadworks from Monday 7th April to Thursday 17th April 2025.
The road is to be closed from 10:00hrs each morning and is to re-open from 15:00hrs each afternoon.
Due to the location of the road closure - the 75 service will divert in both directions via Walnut Tree Way, Iceni Way, Paxman Avenue and Gosbecks Road.
The following bus stop(s) will not be served in both directions:
Sandon Hill (B1008), Ford End is closed for overnight roadworks from Thursday 17th April to Saturday 26th April 2025.
The road is to be closed from 20:00hrs each evening and is to re-open from 05:00hrs each morning.
Due to the location of the road closure, the X30 service will divert in both directions via Braintree Road (A131) and A120.
