Due to the closure of West End in Redruth between 19:00 and 23:00 on the 27th of June, services will be diverted as follows:
Services towards Redruth Station:
At Barncoose roundabout, A3047, Tolgus Vean, Tolgus Hill, Foundry Row. They will then resume their normal line of route to the Station at Penryn Street.
Services towards Camborne:
After serving Redruth Train Station via B3300, Foundry Row and Tolgus Hill. Tolgus Vean, A3047, Barncoose roundabout and back to the normal line of route.
First Bus has added extra buses onto services 9 and 9A to help gig-goers get to and from this weekend’s Summer Sessions gigs at Bellahouston Park.
The operator is stepping in with additional services today (Friday 27th June) and tomorrow (Saturday 28th June) following confirmation of planned industrial action that has led to the closure of Glasgow’s Subway.
Thousands of people are set to attend Bellahouston Park to enjoy Simple Minds and Stereophonics across the weekend.
Canvey Island Armed Forces Day 2025 Parade will take place on Saturday 28th June 2025 from 10.00hrs to 14:00hrs.
Due to the location of the parade route; there will be temporary road closures enforced on Long Road, Canvey Island.
Depending on the timings of the temporary road closures - the 22 and 27 services will either be held for short periods of time or divert* in both directions via Soames Avenue/Central Wall Road (B1014).
Due to the Glasgow Boyne Parade from 05:00 until completion, services will be diverted due to several road closures during these times.
The following services will be diverted:
Services 1,1A, towards City Centre (Between 09:00hrs-12:00hrs):
Normal route Argyle Street at West Campbell Street left West Campbell Street, right Bothwell Street, right Wellington Street and terminate in the bus stand.
Services 1, 1A, towards Scotstoun (Between 09:00hrs-12:00hrs):
On Monday 21st July, we will operate a Saturday timetable on the majority of our services. Please ensure you refer to the relevant Saturday timetable for your service.
Service 202 will operate a normal Monday to Friday timetable.
Service 242 will operate a special timetable for Maxim Park.
Due to Emergency works the Bus stop at Quarry Way has been suspended for Urgent works until end of day on 1st July for service 46.
