*UPDATED*  The 06/06/2025 Butt Road, Colchester road closure has been postponed. The road closure is now scheduled to start/end 11/06/2025.

Butt Road, Colchester is closed for roadworks until Wednesday 11th June 2025.

Due to the location of the road closure, the 56 and 57 services will divert in both directions via Maldon Road and Drury Road.

The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

Due to a fire on Coity Road our services are diverting away from the area meaning we will be unable to serve any stops between Litchard Cross and Bridgend Bus station on services 63, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74 and 76.

We also have a couple of buses stuck in the closure at present so delays are expected.

UPDATED 08:19: Road has re-opened and services are now getting back to there normal routes.

Due to an incident, Westwood Road is closed.

Services to East Kilbride are diverting via normal route Westwood Hill, Murray Road.

Services to the City are diverting via the Murray, Westwood Hill and Westwood Road.

UPDATED: Now cleared as of 08:27, services have returned to their normal route.

X11 Services

Monday 9th, Tuesday 10th & Friday 13th June (20:00-05:00 each night)

East Bawtry Road will be closed in one direction from Worrygoose roundabout toward Whiston crossroads.

Due to an operational issue, we are unable to operate all services out of Huddersfield depot.

Crimicar Lane will be closed between Brookhouse Hill & Crimicar Avenue for resurfacing works.

Outbound services diverted via Fulwood Road, Brookhouse Hill, Brooklands Crescent and Brooklands Avenue to terminate / commence inbound service onto Fulwood Road.

73, 95 & X3 Services - Saturday 21st June until Thursday 18th September (at all times)

Rotherham town centre works. 

Phases one and two. 

Corporation Street will be closed in one direction.

UPDATE: Sandygate Road will be open today (Thursday 5th) - road closure cancelled due to weather. Services to operate normal route today.

51 Service - Wednesday 4th until Friday 6th June (09:30-15:30) each day

8 Service - 20:30 Monday 9th until 05:00 Tuesday 10th June (for one night)

Wordsworth Avenue will be closed in one direction for utility works.

Inbound services diverted via Wordsworth Avenue, Deerlands Avenue, right at the roundabout, Adlington Road, Buchanan Road and back onto Wordsworth Avenue.

Spring Avenue, Gildersome will be closed 2nd June - 4th June
