140 Service - Monday 17th February (2100-0100)

Greasbrough Road will be closed in one direction from College Road roundabout for resurfacing works.

Services diverted via Centenary Way, St Ann's Road, Rotherham Road & Mangham Road.

785 Service - Monday 17th February (0700-1900)

Holgate Avenue will be closed for footpath resurfacing works.

Services diverted via Addington Road, Deerlands Avenue, Wordsworth Avenue & Colley Road in both directions.

First Bus has seen a 138 per cent increase in customers travelling between midnight and 05:00am on the first 24-hour service in West Yorkshire.

The round-the-clock operation on the 72 Leeds-Bradford service was introduced last September, and figures for the first three months to the end of the 2024 show that passenger numbers had grown from just over 2,000 in the first four weeks to more than 4,800 in December. 

8a Service - Tuesday 25th until Friday 28th February (0930-1600)

Silkstone Road will be fully closed for resurfacing works.

All 8a services will operate via the 8 route until Silkstone Road has reopened.

Inbound services will divert the reverse of the above.
