Service Disruptions - 13/10/25

Service 8:

14:34 from JPH, will not run. 

Due to bad parking along Mariners Compass blocking the road.

Owing to resurfacing work, Fullers Hill, Great Yarmouth will be closed to all traffic from Monday 20th October 2025 to Friday 24th October 2025 from 2000 on each date until 0600 the following mornings.

This will affect services 1, 1A , 7 ,8 and X1, each will follow the diversions detailed below.

Bradshaw road closure

Services affected: 307 

Diversions as follows: 

Towards Huddersfield B-S:
Unaffected.   
 
Towards Honley:
Long Lane, Oldfield Road, Bradshaw Road, Bradshaw Avenue, Meltham Road to the Roundabout to pick up normal route. 
 

Lane blocked due to a broken-down vehicle at bottom of Manchester Road causing sever delays.

Services 613, 614, 640 and 641 running up to 30 minutes late. 

Delays as follows: 

Hollythorpe Rise has been closed at the junction of Upper Albert Road by unannounced road works.

Services affected: 18 & 18a 

Diversions as follows, Until further notice: 
Services diverted via Warminster Road, Thorpe House Avenue & the Thorpe House loop in both directions.

Cross Lane is blocked with parked cars. 

Services affected: 308 

Diversions as follows, until further notice: 

Divert Via Newsome Road in both directions. 

Neville Street closed (inbound only)

With immediate effect Services are diverted due to safety concerns about the narrow carriageway due to site fencing.

Services affected: 24

Due to a RTC, Crossgates Road is closed outbound from York Road. 

Services affected: 56 

Diversions as follows: 

Towards Whinmoor:
York Road, Old Ring Road, Crossgates and Austhorpe Road. 

Towards Moor Grange: 
Unaffected.
