We have some alterations to our school contract routes this morning due to the overnight adverse weather. These are as follows -
Beaminster School
Route B1 from Frampton – Will operate via the main road (A356) only and, consequently, be unable to serve Rampisham and Benville Lane. Students may make their way to the main road and catch the bus from there if desired.
Due to emergency roadworks on Wallacewell Road. Some routes are diverted. During the closure, the following diversions will be in operation:
57 to Silverburn: Diverting via Auchinairn Rd, Woodhill Road, Balgrayhill Rd, Atlas Rd, Wellfield St, Edgefauld Rd, Broomknowes Rd, Broomfield Rd, Red Rd onto the normal route.
57A to Kennishead: Diverting via Wallacewell Rd, Northgate Rd, Auchinairn Rd and follow the 57 diversion.
Travel by bus to the University of Aberdeen!
You can travel to Campus with frequent services from First Bus.
Service 1: Garthdee to Danestone via Auchinyell Road - Broomhill Rd - Union Street - King Street - Ellon Road
Due to Cairncry Road being one way heading to Northfield between 09:00 on 18 January and 06:00 on 19 January
Services 11,11A will divert as follows -
Services 11,11A heading from City Centre to Northfield
Normal service.
Service 11,11A heading from Northfield to City Centre
From Provost Fraser Drive via Anderson Drive, Rosehill Drive, Hilton Drive, and resume normal service
Clarkson Street has been closed for roadworks
Inbound services, towards town to divert via Brook Hill, Brook Hill roundabout, Broad Street and Mappin Street.
Jamaica Street re-opened from 10:25 onwards, services back to regular routes.

Services are diverting via Argyle St, Queen St, Ingram St, Stockwell St, Howard St

Due to ongoing works in the Backwell area we have 2 stops suspended and will not be served during the dates stated.
Crossroads stop on Station Road heading towards the train station, and served by the X8, will be out of use until the 9th of January and passengers are advised to walk further down the road to use Meadow Close stop.
