Local bus operator, First Eastern Counties, has today revealed the results of its ongoing partnership with local volunteer organisation, Norwich Pride in the form of a single deck bus wearing a bespoke livery to celebrate both the upcoming national Pride month and the Norwich Pride event on July 29th.

May Bank Holiday Service Levels:

On Monday the 29th of May (Spring Bank Holiday), we will operate a Saturday service on all services.

A normal service will operate on Service 202 and a special service on 242.

Broomhill Road will be closed from Holburn Road to Holburn Place from 07:00 on 29 May until 06:00 on 03 June

Service 1 heading from RGU to Danestone
From Broomhill Road:
• continue past Gray Street
• right onto Abergeldie Road 
• left onto Holburn Street
• resume normal route.

Service 42B

Colne Road (Halstead) is closed from Monday 10th July 2023 to Friday 4th August 2023 due to roadworks taking place. Services terminate at Butlers Road.

Towards Halstead

From Monday the 22nd of May to Thursday the 1st of June, there will be a closure on Carnon Downs bottom end of the Forth Court.

This will affect Services U1/U1A journeys towards Truro.

Buses will be diverting as follows:

From Monday 22nd of May to Thursday the 1st of June, (07:30 to 17:00 Weekdays), there will be closures from Carnon Downs to Perranwell.

• Service 5A - Normal route to Beck field Lane then, Acomb Green, Front Street, Green Lane, using Roundabout to return then Green Lane, Front Street, Acomb Green
• Service 5 - Normal route to Danebury Drive Then as above
