Forest Road, Colchester will be closed for the day on Thursday 4th April 2024.
Due to the location of the road closure, the S4 service will divert Hawthorn Road and Hickory Avenue.
The following bus stops will not be served:
- Penrice Close
- Chase Court
- Howe Close
- Clarkia Walk
- Tulip Walk

We're making some changes to our Swansea bus network on 5th May 2024 to make it more punctual. We are also introducing a couple of new services as a result of winning tenders from local authorities.

This closure will now take place over two weekends of the 12th to 15th April and 26th to 29th April.
Nightingale Road stop in QA Hospital towards Portsmouth will be closed from 8pm on the 5th April and open again at 6am on the 15th April. Nearest alternative stop will be either Southwick Hill Road or the QA Main entrance stop. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. These works are out of our control and may change at short notice.

Routes: 28 and F1.
1400 Tuesday 2nd until 1700 Monday 8th April.
Due to road works, the above stop will be closed between the dates shown.
Passengers are advised to use the temporary stops provided by the works contractors.
Last week, First Essex employees delivered Easter eggs to Broomfield Hospital to bring joy to children staying in the hospital over Easter. The Easter eggs added a touch of sweetness to the hospital environment, creating a festive vibe for everyone involved.
