Services 8

Spiersbridge Industrial Estate turning circle is blocked by a vehicle.

All 38 Services will divert by circling Spiersbridge roundabout until further notice.

Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea will be closed for roadworks from Monday 7th April to Friday 18th April 2025.

Due to the location of the road closure the 21, 21A and Z3 services will divert in both directions via Queensway (A1160) and Southchurch Avenue.

The following bus stop(s) will not be served:

• Nicholson House
• Tyrrel Drive
• Southchurch Avenue Corner (towards Southend-on-Sea direction only)

Shrub End Road, Stanway is closed for roadworks from Monday 7th April to Thursday 17th April 2025.

The road is to be closed from 10:00hrs each morning and is to re-open from 15:00hrs each afternoon.

Due to the location of the road closure - the 75 service will divert in both directions via Walnut Tree Way, Iceni Way, Paxman Avenue and Gosbecks Road.

The following bus stop(s) will not be served in both directions:

Sandon Hill (B1008), Ford End is closed for overnight roadworks from Thursday 17th April to Saturday 26th April 2025.

The road is to be closed from 20:00hrs each evening and is to re-open from 05:00hrs each morning.

Due to the location of the road closure, the X30 service will divert in both directions via Braintree Road (A131) and A120.

The following bus stop(s) will not be served in both directions:

Updated 06/05/2025 - These works have been extended from 16/05/2025 to 30/05/2025.

The junctions of Wickford Avenue and Halstow Way with Rectory Road are closed for roadworks from Saturday 5th April to Friday 30th May 2025.

Due to the location of the road closure the B4 and 1A services will be placed on diversion:

The Street, Steeple is closed for overnight roadworks from 20:00hrs on Thursday 17th April to 05:00hrs on Friday 18th April 2025.

The 332 service will be permitted through the road closure. Accessible bus stops will be served.

There will be slight delays to service, as the bus will require an escort through controlled works area.
