The Smart Fares discount travel scheme has been extended until 31 March 2026, continuing to make bus travel across Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire even more affordable.
Thanks to continued government funding through the Bus Service Improvement Plan, Smart Fares will continue to offer great-value travel across services operated by First Bus, D&G, Stantons of Stoke, Scraggs and Arriva Midlands.
Hopecorner Lane is closed, service 1 will not be serving the bus stop on Hopecorner Lane.
The bus will be diverting via Quantock Road, Kingston Road, Wellsprings Road, Cheddon Road and on to Pyrland.
Liverpool Road in Newcastle is closed, so the 39 and 39A will not be serving Liverpool Road.
The service will go to the roundabout and turn back to its normal route.

Due to the Remembrance Sunday parade on from the times and dates above. West Street and the surrounding roads will be closed to all traffic.
Due to Bathpool being closed, we are unable to serve Bridgwater Road Aldi.

Buses will be diverting via Milton Hill, Wester Relief Road, Priorswood Road, A538 and Toneway.
This affects inbound services to Taunton only.

As the road over Par level crossing is closed for most of the day, Service 24 will need to revert to the old route.
Diverting via The St Blazey Road (passing goods yard), Par Inn and under the railway bridge by Par Green.
We will not be able to serve Par Railway Station bus stops during this closure.
Service 645 can resume its normal route through the area.
A658 Otley Road, south of the junction with Northcote Road.
The road is currently blocked due to a broken-down PCV.
Due to a road traffic collision, we won't be able to serve the terminus.
Buses are diverting via Gleneagles Avenue, Troon Way, and Melton Road onto to normal route.
Service X5
Amendments have been made to the timetable on weekday afternoons to address safeguarding concerns for students of Loxton Campus at Weston College. The afternoon headway of services toward Portishead from Weston-super-Mare will be extended through the introduction of an additional short-working journey to serve Loxton Campus at a more appropriate time. The last service toward Hutton will also operate later as a result.
