Workmen have again closed Abbeydale road in both directions without warning services in both directions to divert via Woodseats Road, Chesterfield Road and Abbey Lane

The trial began at the First Bus depot in Glasgow, and will also extend to the Great Yarmouth depot in Norfolk later in the spring. It is the first time a UK bus operator has enrolled electric depots into the National Grid balancing mechanism, which balances electricity supply and demand shortly before electricity delivery.

Due to the annual Wickham Horse Fair, route SD4 will divert via: Heathlands / High Street, Gravel Hill, Bishops Wood Road, and the A32 in both directions.

Due to the closure of Main Street in Rotherham, services will operate directly along Centenary Way.

Service 354, 353 | Osbourne Avenue
Due to the closure of Osbourne Avenue, services to divert via Harold Avenue onto Lawn Avenue then onto Shaftsbury Avenue resuming normal route until further notice.
Service 63, 63B | South Road, Porthcawl
Due to roadworks on South Road, Porthcawl, the 63 and 63B will divert along the dual carriageway in both directions until the work is complete.
This means that South Road and John Street will not be serviced.

- *Update added 06/05/2026* The road closure has changed -> therefore, the diversion routes have been amended.
- The B4 is no longer diverting via Southernway and Broadmayne.
- The 22 is no longer diverting via High Road.
Long Riding, Basildon is closed for roadworks. The permit's end date is: 14 May 23:59 BST.
Hatfield Road, Witham is closed for overnight roadworks: 19/05/2026 (Wed) -> 20/05/2026 (Thu).

Due to the timing of the road closure - only two journeys will be impacted:
On Monday 25th May, a Saturday service will be in operation on all services.
Night Services N2, N18, N240, and N267 will not operate.
