Multiple roads, in Halstead, are closed to traffic for overnight roadworks from 16/09/2026 to 26/09/2026.

  • This is a timed road closure: the road will be closed between 20:00hrs and 06:00hrs.

The following roads will be closed:

  • Sudbury Road
  • Head Street
  • Colne Road
  • Colchester Road

Due to the location of the road closures - the 370 will terminate/recommence journeys at Butler Road Car Park.

The following bus stop will not be served in both directions:

  • Halstead High Street
  • Greenwood School
  • Bois Hall Gardens
  • Ramsey School
  • Coggeshall Way
  • Fenn Road
  • Courtauld Playing Fields
  • Nether Court
  • Pretoria Road
