As of Wednesday 31st July 2024, First Essex Buses took over the operation of the following Essex County Council bus services:
- 322 Lindsell Village - Bishops Stortford, Interchange
- 323 David Wright Close - Bishops Stortford, Interchange
- 324 Stebbing, outside The White Hart - Bishops Stortford, Interchange
The operation of these services were provided at very short notice due to a change in circumstances of the intended bus service provider.
The following services are experiencing delays:
14, 15, 19A, 40, 42, 49, 50, 50A, 52, 91
Langdykes Road will be closed due to roadworks at the junction of Loirston Road from 04:00 on 30 September until further notice.
Services 3,3A,3B will divert as follows:
Service 3,3A heading to Cove
From Langdykes Road:
• right onto Earns Heugh Road, then
• Service 3 will divert left onto Loirston Avenue, then continue straight ahead at the junction and resume normal service
• Service 3A will continue along Earns Heugh and resumes normal service.
Stronsay Drive will be one-way heading to Scatterburn only from 09:00 on 28 September until 17:00 on 29 September.

From Lang Stracht (Bus will not turn into Stronsay Drive), continue until turn into Summerhill Drive and resume normal route.
All stops along Lang Stracht will be served while this diversion is in operation

Service 88, 88A - Crosshill Road/Boghead
Due to road works on Tuesday 1st October - Sunday 3rd November Crosshill Road/Boghead Road will be closed.
During the closure all stops will be observed and the following diversions will be in operation:
